Develop a framework program, detailed program, short-term, medium-term or long-term and annual training plan of the Research and Training Center and of MXV to submit to the Center's Leaders and companies;

- Manage the training and retraining of professional skills; propagating and disseminating knowledge about goods and commodity trading markets; organize the implementation and check the implementation of the above tasks after being approved;

- Coordinating with Divisions/Departments/Departments of Operations at MXV to organize and manage professional and professional training and retraining programs for MXV officials and employees according to the contents, programs, and plans. approved plan;

- Organizing training and granting professional certificates on commodities, commodity trading market, professional commodity derivatives brokerage practice certificates to organizations and individuals participating in the stock market under the program. approved training program;

- Build a team of lecturers inside and outside the Center and propose to the Center's Director to approve the permanent teaching staff. visiting lecturers of the Center;

- Providing services, consulting on training and fostering knowledge related to the field of goods, commodity trading market for domestic and foreign organizations and individuals as assigned by the Director. Center;

- Act as a focal point for cooperation and association with domestic training institutions to organize training and refresher courses on knowledge related to goods and the commodity trading market in accordance with law.

- Keeping records of training programs, fostering knowledge and granting professional certificates;

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Center Director.
