Consulting, taking care of customers who have been and are partners, customers from existing sources
Negotiate Letter of Invitation, Lease Contract with customers, finalize commercial terms and propose specific policies for each customer.
Complete the paperwork and control procedures according to the rental process such as: Letter of Offer (OTL), Lease Contract, Appendix (if any) for tenants
RIGHT
Basic salary: 10,000,000/month + KPIs + Commission (income not less than 20,000,000 VND/month)
Lunch allowance at the Company, 13th month bonus, annual sales bonus
Fully pay social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, accident insurance, ... according to regulations
Be guided, trained in sales product knowledge, communication skills, negotiation with customers
Participate in activities organized by the company: teambuilding, annual travel, internal events.
