Job Description

• Reception of customers to transact at the Company's Office;
• Receiving, consulting and answering questions from customers related to financial investment products… directly or via hotline;
• Calling out for customer care and advice periodically according to the process or irregularly at the request of the Board of Directors;
• Coordinate with other units to implement customer care programs and handle and overcome arising problems, monitor and handle complaints;
• Proactively propose customer care programs, Customer care gift management;
• Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.
