1. Job objective: Ensuring procedures - customer care; recover public debts; project sales. 2. Function: Carrying out procedures - taking care of customers; recover public debts; 3. Implement the sale of products at the project when required. Nature of duty: a. Customer service work - Customer procedures work when selling, after the table; - Handling complaints/applications; -Recover public debts; -Follow up and carry out the procedures for signing the LC/ Sale Contract/ PLHD/ Transfer of Sale Contract/ Bank documents; - Handing over housing; Procedures for issuance of certificate b. Customer care - Reception of customers: Provide support, advice, guidance, answer questions, hand over documents; - Make customer care calls; - Make daily customer care diary report. c. Carry out sales d. Perform work as directed by superiors.
