- Support connection and solve problems when introducing new Partners
- Focus on taking care of the company's e-commerce partners
- Provide quality customer support via phone/chatting/email channels.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying user complaints
- Handle tasks as requested by the Leadership/Management Team.

Work location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh
Working hours: Monday - Friday, Rotating shifts (Some time frames for your reference to get information in advance: 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm, 12pm - 9pm, 1pm - 10pm, 2pm - 11pm)
