Job Description
* Implement the process of receiving and processing customer requests (working in shifts). * Directly answer customers' questions about the services/products the company provides via phone/chat. * Ensure the input of customer's complaint information, issues to be resolved and provide information back to the appropriate departments for that complaint to promptly resolve customer issues. * Coordinate to promote the company's promotions, preferential service packages to customers * Training time: 3 days (company supports 100% travel and accommodation costs) * Probationary salary: $750 * Official salary: $1,000 * Professional knowledge training
