- Take care of the company's customer resources (care and monitor customer status) - Consulting, answering questions for customers about the company's products and projects - Maintain relationship with old customers in parallel with new customers - Receive and coordinate with relevant Departments/Departments to resolve customer feedback and complaints via email, phone and social media. - Support and advise customers on suitable solutions.
