Job Description
Check and monitor timekeeping and implementation of labor regulations on working hours of all employees. Manage leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other benefits according to the company's rules and regulations. Calculate and carry out procedures for monthly salary and bonus payments and on holidays.
Monitoring social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance: New registration, reporting increases, decreases, sickness, maternity, monitoring and comparing social insurance deduction data, book closing procedures, instructions on unemployment insurance benefits for employees who leave work.
Organize storage, arrangement, update and preservation of records and resignation letters; maternity leave application... promotion decisions, salary increase requests, discipline, handover documents upon termination and other documents related to employees. Coordinate to monitor and manage the enterprise's welfare policy system.
Update and manage human resource data in the company. Provide codes to new employees. Update information about personnel changes during the working process (official transfer; temporary transfer...)
Update legal regulations on regimes, policies, and salaries to promptly supplement and amend the group's regimes and policies in accordance with the provisions of law.
Handling layoffs for employees.
Answer all questions related to salary policy and other related issues.
Develop company policies, procedures and regulations.
