1. Design & develop English and Vietnamese teaching programs
Finalize & update the curriculum.
Building periodic unit tests for all study programs.
Select curricula, design learning routes and develop detailed curriculum frameworks for new training courses.
Building a repository of teaching & reference materials for teachers & students.
Support editing Vietnamese-English sentences of articles on website globallearn.edu.vn.
2. Consulting & training quality accreditation
Mark the results of the entrance test & suggest suitable study programs for students.
Assist in interviewing and recruiting quality teachers.
Work with teachers and coordinators to conduct internal training quality accreditation.
Support to consult teaching programs & teaching methods for teachers & customers.
3. Teaching English & Vietnamese
In charge of teaching English and Vietnamese classes (for foreigners) at schools, companies, and students' homes under the coordination of Global Learn.
Conduct periodic language proficiency tests of students and make reports to the Head of Academic Affairs.
Design PD (Professional Development) topics to share teaching methods with colleagues. Attend classes, support and contribute ideas on teaching content & methods to other teachers.
Support teaching on behalf of other teachers or teaching assistants for foreign teachers in case of need.
Attend training sessions for teachers & English trips for students organized by the company.
