Job Description

• Manage and operate the backpack and handbag sewing line, ensuring production efficiency and quality.
• Plan daily production, assign work to line members
• Control production processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees in the line
• Coordinate with related departments such as engineering, logistics, quality control to ensure smooth production process
• Report production status, arising problems and propose improvement solutions to superiors
• Ensure a safe working environment and comply with occupational safety regulations
• Quick, hard-working, able to withstand work pressure and have team spirit
