Job Position Description:
Provide business strategies for the company towards weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and activity goals.
Research and drive to maximize sales effectiveness by establishing relationships and understanding the needs, tastes, and lifestyles of customers.
Together with the company build relationships with potential customers, develop relationships with existing customers, update customer database.
Adjust sales techniques based on interaction and results.
Manage and monitor, check pending orders and specific requirements of customers to ensure good customer service.
Training business skills and consulting skills, customer guidance for Vietnamese employees at the company.
Research the market and competitors.
Propose improvements to the sales process.
Requirements on qualifications and experience of foreign workers:
Professional qualifications: Graduated from University with major in Business Administration; Economics or Finance.
About working experience: Having at least 03 (three) years of experience in the position of Sales staff in foreign companies with trading and business activities.
Regarding foreign language skills: Employees must be fluent in Chinese to be able to communicate fluently with customers as well as develop training programs.
