JOB DETAILS:

Job position: Technical worker

Field of work: Production Manager – (Industry code: 311. Physical Science and Engineering Technician)

Work location: Lot CN2-07 (Leased from Hai One Corp Co., Ltd.), Nam Dinh Vu Free Trade Zone and Industrial Park (Zone 1) within the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Dong Hai Ward, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.

Working hours: 8 hours/day, period from July 4, 2026 to July 3, 2028

Employment type: Employment contract.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production planning
• Based on the assigned overall plan, the foreman proceeds to develop a production plan, ensuring that the requirements regarding schedule and quality are met.
• Based on the actual production situation, coordinate with the human resources department to recruit additional workers if necessary.
• Announce the production schedule so that the workers are aware.
• Implement the production plan.
• The organization assigns daily tasks to workers during their production shift.
• Instruct and supervise workers to ensure they follow the correct technological processes, meet deadlines, and adhere to quality standards.
• Balance production capacity among workshops and proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency.
• Responsible to superiors for the production situation and progress.
• Managing machinery, equipment, and goods.
• Responsible for managing all machinery, equipment, raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished goods, etc., belonging to the production workshop under their charge.
• Regularly check the operational status of machinery and equipment, promptly detect any malfunctions, and report them to the relevant department for resolution to minimize disruption to production.
• Other jobs
• Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and fire-resistant working environment in the production workshop.
• Clearly communicate new company policies and regulations to the workers.
• Prepare regular work reports as required by the company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

REQUEST:

• Graduated from university with a degree in engineering, and has over 5 years of experience.
• Understanding and mastering the operating principles of electromechanical machinery and equipment.
• Master the processes, procedures, ISO standards, and company/factory regulations.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management, and performance optimization methods.
• Understanding quality standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.) and occupational safety regulations.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the industry in which the business operates, including: market, technology, competitors, and relevant legal regulations.
• Possesses knowledge of project management, financial management, and risk management in manufacturing.
• Proficient in manufacturing management software such as ERP, MRP, etc.

In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: proficiency in reading blueprints, a good understanding of responsibilities, knowledge of Chinese, and English.
