Manage engineers and workers to implement project plans on schedule, ensure required quality, maximize profits and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
- Project creation phase:
- Participate in project initiation meetings organized by the Project Director
- Analyze and evaluate project implementation capacity and create detailed project implementation plans, including the following plans:
- Check drawings, detect technical errors, errors in drawing representation, report and propose solutions.
- Prepare quantities for subcontractors.
- Design and calculate construction methods after receiving specs from the investor or general contractor.
- Progress of mobilization of construction machinery.
- Set up volume and send it to the Company to get quotes from suppliers.
- Progress of material submission.
- Review the calculation and give instructions on how to do it for subordinates.
- Construction drawing progress.
- Submit for approval documents requested by the investor or general contractor to initiate the project.
- Deploy shop drawings (construction drawings).
- Overall progress of the project.
- Progress in human resource mobilization.
- Make plans to deploy documents related to design/bidding.
- Project implementation phase:
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with consultants and investors to resolve work on the construction site to ensure volume, safety and quality of construction.
- Organize daily/weekly (Internal) coordination meetings between departments to ensure progress, quality and construction safety.
- Manage ordering and gathering of supplies.
- Monitor and coordinate departments to submit materials.
- Deploy and supervise construction items according to the contract.
- Monitor, check, and coordinate departments to perform shop drawings, take off quantities, and check quantities.
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
- Supervise and monitor the use of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Calculate volumes to order construction in stages.
- Check and confirm completed volumes for construction groups and teams, order progress, acceptance and payment of projects.
- Prepare and deploy construction drawing progress, human resources, and materials to serve project construction.
- Control and coordinate construction work on the construction site between departments.
- Deploy shop drawings and as-built drawings according to actual construction.
- Acceptance and handover:
- Carry out acceptance and settlement with consultants and investors monthly.
- Handover and operating instructions to put the project into use
- Control costs on construction site.
- Report:
- Report daily/weekly/monthly work to the Project Director and Board of Directors (if any).
- Prepare a report summarizing the work performed after the project, organize meetings to learn from experience for future projects.
