Mission:
Prepare detailed project implementation plan assigned, including plans:
+ Overall progress of the project;
+ Construction drawing progress;
+ Human resource mobilization progress;
+ Progress of submitting materials;
+ Progress of mobilizing construction machinery.

Project implementation:
+ Monitor and coordinate engineers to make shopdrawing drawings;
+ Monitor and coordinate engineers to submit materials;
+ Manage the ordering and gathering of materials;
+ Control and coordinate the construction on the site;
