Job description:
- Collect and process daily invoices and documents, check and compare the accuracy, reasonableness and validity of contracts, invoices and documents.
- Collect and process information, accounting data, and arising accounting documents such as: warehousing, warehousing, cash receipts and payments, debit notes, credit notes.... Collaborate with accounting staff Debt payment/bank checking, monitoring and reconciliation: bank balance, loan interest, guarantees, due loans and preparing UNC...
- Control, monitor and compare receivables, payables, taxes, social insurance, salaries and reports according to company regulations.
- Monitor warehouse accounting operations: complete, accurate, and timely accounting
raw materials, supplies, goods, finished products.
- Monitor details of goods and raw materials purchased and fully warehoused in terms of quantity and value
- Control import and export of goods inventory according to company procedures.
- Accounting for arising operations, prepaid expenses, depreciation expenses of fixed assets, distribution of CCDC, public debt, other operations, VAT...
- Regularly check and monitor employee salaries at each project to properly account and allocate them to the project.
- Monitor newly purchased and manufactured fixed assets to calculate asset prices and prepare allocation tables.
- Open tools tracking book and monthly allocate tools and tools to calculate expenses.
- Collect costs to calculate product cost.
- Prepare reports on VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, report on invoice usage... according to regulations.
- Timely update new information and policies on tax laws related to the company's production and business activities.
- Collect, store, preserve documents, and secure accounting data.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Job requirements:
• Graduated from University majoring in Finance - Accounting.
• Gender: Female
• Have years of experience in a similar position. Priority is given to candidates with experience in tax settlement and inspection and have worked as accountants for construction companies.
• Understanding of Accounting/Tax/insurance/labor Law.
• Master accounting operations, have the ability to analyze, synthesize and write reports.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Misa accounting software
• Honest, careful, hardworking, sharp thinking.
• Ability to adapt work quickly, be proactive and control work.
