Management and administration of construction work on site/
Overall management of construction work on site/
Participate in kick-off meeting to implement the project organized by the project director
Analyze and evaluate project implementation capacity, make detailed project implementation plans for assigned projects
Proposing personnel to implement the project, draft site rules
Building KPIs for the project
Project implementation organization
Control changes and make timely adjustments during project implementation
Organize daily and weekly briefings at the construction site to assign and check the work
Report daily and weekly work to PM
Prepare a report summarizing the work done after the project, organize a meeting to draw lessons for the following projects
Implement ERP at the project.
Managing the progress of construction work at the site

Timely assessment and adjustment if there is a change from the approved plan
Quality management/ Quality management
Planning and controlling the quality management plan to ensure the quality of project implementation including QA/QC system, training, site QC instructions, quality inspection methods, material acceptance, construction acceptance .

Responsible for occupational safety at the scene

Together with QS staff to control the implementation of the project's costs to ensure that no costs are incurred compared to the approved plan.
