Job Description

    1. Management and administration of construction work on site/
    • Overall management of construction work on site/
      1. Participate in kick-off meeting to implement the project organized by the project director
      2. Analyze and evaluate project implementation capacity, make detailed project implementation plans for assigned projects
      3. Proposing personnel to implement the project, draft site rules
      4. Building KPIs for the project
      5. Project implementation organization
      6. Control changes and make timely adjustments during project implementation
      7. Organize daily and weekly briefings at the construction site to assign and check the work
      8. Report daily and weekly work to PM
      9. Prepare a report summarizing the work done after the project, organize a meeting to draw lessons for the following projects
      10. Implement ERP at the project.
    • Managing the progress of construction work at the site
      1. Detailed construction schedule planning, WBS
      2. Timely assessment and adjustment if there is a change from the approved plan
    • Quality management/ Quality management
      1. Planning and controlling the quality management plan to ensure the quality of project implementation including QA/QC system, training, site QC instructions, quality inspection methods, material acceptance, construction acceptance .
      2. Check and approve design documents and project-related documents according to authority
      3. Check and sign quality documents from QC before submitting
    • Safety management/ Safety management
      1. Responsible for occupational safety at the scene
      2. Organize instructions and control the safe implementation of the management engineers, construction teams, subcontractors
    • Risk management/ Risk management
      1. Make a risk management plan
      2. Together with the bureaucratic parties to estimate the risks that may occur at the site, analyze and evaluate the risks, the impact level of the risks to prevent and report to the PM for joint control and implementation.
    • Cost management/ Cost management
      1. Make a cost plan of the project and submit it to superiors for approval
      2. Together with QS staff to control the implementation of the project's costs to ensure that no costs are incurred compared to the approved plan.
      3. Calculating and checking the generated values to submit to PM and negotiate with PM with party A
      4. Track project completion milestones, plan to work with stakeholders to take over, pay and expedite payments
      5. Summary of project implementation costs, lessons learned on cost management after each project
    • Project Personnel Management/ Project Personnel Management
      1. Manpower planning for the project
      2. Build OBS, RAM for the project
      3. Guide, train and control the SE, QA/QC, technical staff of the teams on the skills and knowledge needed to perform the jobs in the field.
      4. Evaluate the quality of personnel at the project, report to the company's human resources department and the board of directors
    • Media Management / Media Management .
      1. Strictly implement the regulations on compliance with the company identification system at the project/
      2. Check and monitor the compliance of the company's brand identity system in the field for stakeholders.
      3. Periodically report to management on the implementation of project communication
