Job Description
1. Job Description: - Receive information, answer questions and complaints from customers. Report, support to solve the problem - Make recommendations to serve customers better, contributing to increase sales - Contact, take care of existing and potential customers of the company according to assigned data - Meeting directly with customers to grasp the needs and problems to be solved (20% of 1 year working time) - Other tasks as assigned by immediate superiors - Working time: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday morning
2. Job Requirements: - Graduating from college or higher - Experience in customer care (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in water-based paint or construction materials) - Agility, flexibility, honesty - Able to travel to the province when required (low frequency)
