1. Job description
- Check your mail, inbox, messages on online sites such as Facebook, Zalo... and handle what needs to be done immediately (if any).
- Ask for feedback from superiors and promptly handle customer requests.
- Plan to write articles to push articles daily, request images (if needed to design) according to the Marketing department's campaign, write articles by keywords to promote interactions on channels such as: Google, Fanpage, Website , Zalo, social media, blog... All article and image content must be approved before posting.
- Make a list of customers by region/province/city... Caring and responding based on company culture: HONEST + SMART
- Track your orders, promptly notify customers of delivery time. Contact the carrier if the delivery time has passed.
- Take photos of all closed orders, save them according to the customer list, clearly stating the time, quantity, and type.
- Participate and advise customers directly.
- Statistics, reporting and making weekly work plans for superiors on time.
- Complete the proposed plan, proactively report when work arises.
- Provide useful advice/opinions to the Board of Directors/Council on reforming administrative procedures in the company
2.Request
- Requirements: Skillful in communicating with customers.
- Guide, arrange and develop plans to perform assigned tasks.
- Carry out assigned orders and tasks accurately and according to regulations.
