JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customer care consulting based on the company's customer support.
- Receive and handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat or in person.
- Provide information about products/services and support customers in the process of purchasing and using products/services.
- Resolve customer problems quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and update customer information, maintain long-term relationships with customers.
REQUEST:
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to persuade customers.
- Dynamic, proactive and have a high sense of responsibility at work.
- Ability to work independently and work well in groups.
- Proficient in office information technology (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- No experience required, we will train you from AZ. If you have experience it will be an advantage.
