Receive the List of paid customers and enroll students for care Consulting and answering customers' questions, working closely with BP Training, Admissions Consultants to report to the CEO on the business situation to best meet the needs of customers Store call history with customers to build useful information sets Manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system Build a good relationship with the client through further consultation; take care of; consult, and exchange with customers; handle complaints promptly Coordinate with Admissions Officers/Advisors and staff from other departments to achieve business goals Report to superiors on weekly business progress and results Other tasks as required by management.
