- Implement programs to take care of new and old customers. - Periodically update customer data, serve customer care programs. - Propose and advise management of customer care programs to increase customer perception of products, services and company brand. - Directly or coordinate with relevant departments to answer questions and complaints of customers; Proactively propose solutions to customer's suggestions/complaints. - Understand the policies and regulations: sales, payment, related procedures to advise and answer customers if required. - Coordinate with marketing department in sales programs, customer events... to support customers optimally.
