Job Description
Create connections through receiving and handling student requests/questions during the learning process, thereby understanding student needs as well as user experience. Synthesize, analyze and find valuable insights.
Participate in the research process to find solutions and develop ideas for programs to enhance the learning experience for learners.
Act as a bridge to relay ideas and contributions from students to the technical and academic team and vice versa to build and develop products.
Learn to improve your professional skills, industry/product knowledge, and competitor knowledge.
Support/coordinate work with departments according to each specific project and program
