Classroom Operation

- Know the progress of the classes you are in charge of and the attendance of students in classes

- Make sure there are enough materials, equipment and facilities needed for the classroom to run smoothly

- Proposing the opening schedule to the admissions department and teachers

Care & support for students

- Ensure students and parents are fully taken care of according to the detailed student care process

- Understand all issues related to the learning process of students in charge of Summit

- Ensure to provide complete, clear and accurate information to parents about students' learning progress and other related issues

- Dealing with situations that arise in the learning process of students

- Establish and maintain good relationships with new and old students and parents to create a strong relationship with the company

Working hours: Working, days/weeks, days off are flexible and not fixed

- Working time in 3 shifts: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; 9:00-18:30; 12h-20h; 13h30-21h30
