- Directly manage and supervise all activities of the company, meet with important partners of the company;
- Develop vision, mission, core values, develop business plan in line with the company's short-term and long-term goals in terms of manufacturing electrical and electronic wires and cables;
- Develop human resource plans, long-term and short-term human resources, develop goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the Company's overall goals;
- Implement a number of business strategies to expand the company's production scale and increase profits such as: investment plans, business plans, product advertising;
- Make investment and business decisions that are in line with the strategy and bring high profits.
