• Required qualifications and work experience:

+ University graduate, 5 years or more experience in a management position
+ Fluently use Chinese 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing. Having experience of 5 years or more.
+ Experience in management in manufacturing plants. Understanding industrial production. Manage at least 100 people
+ Attitude and qualities: Honesty, integrity, carefulness. Gentle and friendly to everyone.

• Job Description Vice President:

+ Build daily production plan. Maintain and effectively use equipment, materials and personnel in accordance with the promulgated process
+ Advise and mobilize equipment and resources to implement production and business plans and targets
+ Update the daily production situation of the whole Company and make reports according to regulations.
+ Supervising and directing the production process, handling arising problems, coordinating departments to achieve the highest production efficiency
+ Make reports as required.
+ Perform other assigned tasks. Support the operation and management of the company's activities with the director.
+ Manage and organize the implementation of the proposed plans.
+ Representing the director to perform external affairs with state agencies, partners, customers, etc.
+ Coordinate with accountants - auditors to make financial plans, determine budget needs of current and future projects.
+ Together with the director in establishing, amending and supplementing regulations, documents, etc. related to the operation of the enterprise.
+ Perform duties as directed by senior management.
