Management and preservation of raw materials:
Check the quantity and quality of raw materials (wine, beer, fruit, syrup...) daily or periodically.
Request timely replenishment of raw materials to ensure no interruption of operations.
Store raw materials properly according to regulations to avoid damage and waste.
Bar cleaning and maintenance:
Keep bar area, glasses, and mixing equipment clean even during peak hours.
Arrange tools, bottles, and materials scientifically and neatly.
Check and report damaged equipment (blender, coffee maker...) to management for timely repair.
Compliance:
Strictly comply with regulations on food safety and fire prevention.
Comply with restaurant procedures and regulations.
Expertise: Master basic and advanced beverage recipes. Knowledge of wines, beers, and beverage ingredients.
Skill:
Skilled, quick and precise bartending.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Skills to organize and manage work effectively.
