- Direct construction, installation and maintenance on the construction site on electromechanical (light electricity, fire prevention and fighting, air conditioning;
- Organize and supervise the construction of electromechanical works (light electricity, fire prevention, fire fighting, air conditioning)
- Making quality management dossiers, as-built drawings, completed volumes of the construction phase;
- Design or read drawings, disassemble the construction volume according to the actual work.
- Prepare payment documents for assigned projects.
- Manage and supervise, check and accept the work and volume of construction subcontractors, manage labor teams.
