Job Description

• Participate in managing and supervising civil construction projects from the commencement stage to completion.
• Establish and control construction progress, ensure project quality according to design and technical standards.
• Check and monitor compliance with labor safety regulations at construction sites
• Coordinate with relevant parties (contractors, consultants, investors) to resolve issues arising during construction.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on project progress and quality as required by superiors.
• Participate in project acceptance and completion documents
• Manage and optimize the use of materials and equipment at the construction site
  

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from University majoring in Civil and Industrial Construction or related fields
• Experience from 5 years or more.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software, able to read and understand technical drawings
• Have basic knowledge of construction supervision and construction project management
• Ability to work independently and work well in a team
• Withstand high work pressure, willing to travel far when necessary
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Careful, meticulous, highly responsible in work
