LianLian Global Vietnam is expected to serve most of the popular global E-commerce or freelance platforms such as: Amazon UK, Amazon JP, Ebay, Esty, Wish, Airbnb, Fiverr, Flexjobs, Upwork, etc.
We are looking for Business Strategic Executive/ Account manager to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
Job description:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products
- Analyze and report product malfunctions and contribute to product improvement
- Update and expand customers’ databases and managing database records
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Marketing teams
Job Requirements:
years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient English skill
