- Managing existing customer base and developing new customer base;

- Manage a team to regularly operate customer operations including: Marketing communication reports, marketing communications, customer care,...
- Expand the customer ecosystem with more than 60 existing products of the company in the fields of digital transformation, marketing, communication, customer care,...
- Survey, research, analyze and evaluate potential customer needs, approach and propose communication solutions suitable to customer needs;
- Appraising and researching briefs, evaluating customer budgets, pitching to convince customers;
- Perform related tasks as required.
- Graduated from University majoring in Communications, Advertising, Journalism...;
- From 2 years of experience in similar positions;
- Ability to research, analyze situations, and make plans;
- Have good ability to present, persuade and defend proposed ideas; experience/case studies implemented on Big Idea/Communication Concept/Media Story;
- Ability to withstand good pressure;
- Creative, quick to respond to trends, grasp advertising and content marketing trends;
- Having experience working at marketing communication agencies is an advantage;
- Experience in developing new product lines in digital transformation, marketing, communications, and crisis management is an advantage.
