Job Description

    Business Consultant is the position responsible for the development of Revenue and Customers (Sales) for Base in the field of digital transformation. In this position, Business Consultant will be in charge of jobs related to searching, consulting and exploiting sales opportunities. In parallel, it is developing relationships with business leaders in providing a roadmap for digital transformation, applying Base in the short and long term. This position converges three qualities: the mindset of a business person, the intellect of a digital transformation consultant and the spirit of a startup.

    The main job of a Business Consultant:
    - Exploiting, analyzing customers' needs, current status of digital transformation and technology application
    - Performing demonstration building and solution presentation (Task Management Solution, HR Management Solution)
    - Proposing technology solutions suitable to the current situation of the business.
    - Develop, consult and agree on the implementation of the Digital Transformation roadmap
    - Negotiate & agree on a cooperation plan (Quote, Contract, Payment,...)
    - Transfer information & coordinate with Customer Onboarding department to deploy the system for Customers
    - Consulting and implementing service upgrade procedures (upsales/cross-sales)
    - Developing after-sales customer relationships. Build case studies to successfully deploy and spread to other businesses in the Digital Transformation journey
    - Actively looking for new sales opportunities, expanding the network of relationships with leaders, directors and senior managers of the enterprise. Actively develop customer base from personal relationship
