This role belongs to Business division of Ba Mien Retail Group JSC (3M). The job holder will report to CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Business Officer.
What You Do
1/ Build Dashboard - Statistical Report
• Data processing.
• Receive requests from departments, collect, analyze and process data to serve the construction of Dashboard system, statistical reports of all kinds
• Data analysis: Apply knowledge of many ways of data analysis, including exploratory data analysis, descriptive analysis, diagnosis, prediction, etc.
• Data visualization and reporting: Use software and support tools to build eye-catching, easy-to-understand report templates.
• Reporting, presentation: Present findings in many different ways, from text, visual images to direct presentations.
2/ Business planning (data-based)
• Develop business plans based on data analysis from the Company's business operations as required, and present the plans to relevant departments
3/ Manage and monitor Dashboard data
• Monitor the indicators on the Dashboard every day and warn/recommend to relevant departments if there is an index fluctuation
• Analyze the causes of index fluctuation.
• Propose solutions to relevant departments.
Job Requirements
Who we look for - the ideal profile:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Exposure in Finance/Retail
• From 2 years as Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role (Level: Middle)
• Understand and have skills in processing and analyzing data.
• Understand business processes and specific areas.
• Market analysis and evaluation
• Complicated data processing and analysis skills
• Proficient in using tools and supporting systems including
• Good communication, ability to handle high pressure, ability to understand and communicate issues well, negotiation skills.
