Job Description

1. JOB DETAILS
• Search, select and build relationships with KOC/KOLs suitable for each industry.
• Managing and operating KOC/KOL network: training, supporting content creation, effective tracking.
• Monitor the implementation of bookings: number of videos, content, deadline, output quality.
• Analyze KOL performance data to propose improvement strategies & optimize ROI.
• Negotiate booking costs & propose appropriate commission levels.
• Develop and implement periodic KOC/KOL community engagement programs.
• Some other tasks assigned by the board of directors.

2. Job requirements
• Have at least 1 year of experience working in the field of influencer marketing, KOC/KOL, or affiliate
• Having a KOC/KOL network is a big advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and work management skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, able to withstand deadline pressure
