Job Description
Receive service order requests from assigned customers.
Perform the following operations: Consulting/answering requests for information about services provided by LLD in my charge to customers through different contact channels (Phone, Email, chat apps, online visitors) office) with all relevant conditions. Conduct procedures related to ticket booking, reservation, ticket issuance, ticket refund and ticket cancellation for guests.
Monitor and manage bookings, remind customers of service closing deadlines as well as notify about flight changes until the itinerary is completed;
Responsible for booked bookings and issued tickets and services (Issuing tickets, changing, refunding, canceling...).
Guide and answer information within the scope of expertise when requested by customers.
Flexible handling of incidents and arising situations.
