- Patrol, check, ensure security, safety, and fire prevention in the building:
- Regularly check all hallways, stairs, and elevators.
- Patrol the lobby area, outside yard, terrace.
- Patrol and control the fire protection system. Timely detect and prevent any possible risks.
- Receive and manage customer mail and parcels.
- Support other tasks as required by the Management Board.
