- Check the operation of the electricity and water system daily in the hotel, record signs of damage to make timely repairs

- Receive notifications of electrical and water damage from departments, handle problems quickly and accurately

- Carry out maintenance on time, according to procedures and regulations

- Report daily work to direct superiors - Survey the condition of facilities, equipment & tools daily, ensure adequate inventory for maintenance work.

- Other tasks as requested by the Department Head.
