Task 1 - Maintenance Planning (25% effort):
- Find and track contractors who perform low cost but high quality periodic maintenance.
Mission 2 - Repair damages immediately (60% effort)
- Troubleshooting at KCF Stores (electricity, water, leak prevention)
- Master the structure of electricity, water, refrigeration systems, and equipment at CH KCF
- Receive equipment damage notifications from departments, be there promptly to handle problems quickly (within 24 hours).
- Set up equipment for events as required.
- Report any difficulties to superiors for timely handling.
- Monitor wastewater treatment and sewer systems.
- Maintain and clean assigned equipment and tools for department operations.
- Handle other tasks as required by superiors.
Task 3 - Collaborate with other internal departments (15% effort)
- Coordinate and support other departments within the department to achieve the best work results (Operations, Marketing, etc.).
- Complete the paperwork to make the weekly VAT return.
