Task 1 - Maintenance Planning (25% effort):

• Find and track contractors who perform low cost but high quality periodic maintenance.

Mission 2 - Repair damages immediately (60% effort)

• Troubleshooting at KCF Stores (electricity, water, leak prevention)
• Master the structure of electricity, water, refrigeration systems, and equipment at CH KCF
• Receive equipment damage notifications from departments, be there promptly to handle problems quickly (within 24 hours).
• Set up equipment for events as required.
• Report any difficulties to superiors for timely handling.
• Monitor wastewater treatment and sewer systems.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment and tools for department operations.
• Handle other tasks as required by superiors.

Task 3 - Collaborate with other internal departments (15% effort)

• Coordinate and support other departments within the department to achieve the best work results (Operations, Marketing, etc.).
• Complete the paperwork to make the weekly VAT return.
