Job Description
Ensures that all team members deliver a high level of guest service at all times.
Handles all customer issues and in a polite and efficient manner, handling queries are resolved properly and within reasonable time frames.
Works with the Outlet manager and supervisors to train team members in guest service skills.
Reports customer issues to the Directors.
Oversees the preparation and update of training materials.
Ensures restaurant standards have been implemented at an international level.
Monitors operations and schedules and manages team effectively and efficiently in both peak periods and low business periods.
Checks customer satisfaction on a daily basis and reports back to the Directors daily.
Ensures that all team members work in a supportive and flexible manner with each other.
Ensures that all team members are fully up to date with the product knowledge and the restaurant food and beverage menu/offerings.
Rosters team members effectively and efficiently.
Manages the punctuality and grooming of all team members, assisting that they have the correct uniform and have a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.
