- Job details:
- Sales & Coverage Strategy: Transform commercial growth targets into detailed coverage plans for dermatology clinics and hospitals; build and develop a specialized medical strategy for the brand.
- Developing a network of KOLs/Doctors: Approaching, building trust, and negotiating distribution policies with leading dermatologists and owners of large clinics to incorporate the brand's products ( The iLLON ) into their clinic's treatment regimen.
- Managing the Medical Representative (MR) team: Recruiting, assigning tasks, monitoring schedules, and overseeing the progress of dealer order bookings for the MR team.
- Channel & Pricing Control: Support in handling professional issues, medical feedback, and product-related complaints. Strictly control overstocking/price dumping that could negatively impact the brand's Premium positioning.
- Medical & Marketing Collaboration: Participate in organizing professional workshops/symposiums; collaborate with R&D/experts to optimize medical literature ( medical leaflets, treatment protocol content ) to increase conversion rates at the clinic.
Supply chain management: Monitoring the distribution progress of goods and professional documents in sync with the new product launch campaign, preventing bottlenecks that could delay the clinic's services.
- Job requirements:
- Graduated from college/university, preferably with a degree in Medicine/Pharmacy or Biological Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of business management experience in the cosmeceutical, aesthetics, aesthetic equipment, or pharmaceutical industries, etc.
- Experienced in managing teams of 5 or more people.
- Possessing a solid understanding of medical knowledge regarding proprietary core products and technologies ( DermiShuttle™, Meso+, Exosome microneedling, Magnesome, Logbiome... ).
- Preference will be given to candidates with existing relationships or strong networking capabilities with dermatologists and owners of large clinics/practical practices.
- Excellent presentation skills, leadership skills, medical expertise training, and practical sales skills are essential for the Medical Representative (MR) team.
