- Job details:

• Perform accounting tasks related to payments, including: checking and reconciling documents, and recording payment transactions.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Verify and reconcile payment data with relevant departments.
• Prepare payment reports and accounts receivable reports periodically or as requested.
• Working with banks and partners to resolve payment-related issues.
• Store and preserve accounting documents and records in accordance with regulations.

- Job requirements:

• Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts payable or equivalent positions.
• Master accounting procedures, especially those related to payments.
• Understanding of legal regulations regarding accounting, taxation, and payment-related regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Misa, Fast, Bravo,...) and office software (especially Excel).
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Careful, honest, responsible, and able to withstand work pressure.
• Possesses analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
