Searching for, advising, and providing customer service to clients interested in buying/selling/investing in real estate.
Introducing the company's project products (townhouses, apartments, land plots)
Take clients to view the project, and assist them throughout the transaction process.
Negotiating, finalizing contracts, and monitoring payment progress.
Stay updated on market and product information to provide effective advice.
Prepare work reports as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Job requirements:
Male/Female aged 20-35
No experience required (training provided); candidates with experience in sales, real estate, insurance, or finance are preferred.
Possesses communication, negotiation, and customer consulting skills.
Hardworking, ambitious, and able to withstand sales pressure.
Having transportation and a smartphone/laptop for work is required.
