Responsibility
1. Relationship Manager (70%)

Engage with inbound leads seeking insurance and investment solutions

Perform initial consultations and needs assessments

Utilize our best-in-class system to generate quotes

Present quotes and benefits, provide reasoned recommendations

Persistently follow up to close deals

Handle sales sign-ups, application forms, contracts, and policy documentation

In addition to leads given, proactively source new business opportunities

Cross sell additional products to clients and request referrals

2. Customer Service (30%)

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support throughout product life cycle

Assign customer service tasks to our dedicated in-house team

Manage annual insurance renewals

Required skills and qualifications:

Confident, affected and outgoing personality

Proficient in English

The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

No prior insurance experience necessarywe offer comprehensive training!

Base salary: 8M 12M VND, based on skills and experience
