Recruitment demand : Administrative Secretary:
* CV Description:
- Characteristics of office secretarial between VN and CN:
> Tracking, synthesizing data & documents.
> Update data to the system periodically, build the logic of how to store the database to help optimize management and operate the fastest. - Interaction with development and sales department:
> Instruct and grant permission to view and understand the database for related departments > Support related properties between departments
* CV requirement: “Attitude is better than qualification Experience is not equal to experience”
- At least 1 year working experience (no qualifications, at least 3rd grade experience, ready to train new friends outside the industry but with a progressive spirit, having a quick grasping mindset is an advantage).
- Candidates must understand what the nature of "vocation" is! Have a sense of responsibility for themselves, for the chosen "career", and for the organization and the collective. Always ready to let go of the ego to accompany the team.
- Good at reading and writing English
- Good communication skills, team interaction skills, a spirit of learning, listening & daring to accept pressure
- Working office hours (Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm) at Representative Office of Tan Binh District, 20-30% of the time can work from home (depending on the workload at each time)
* Compensation + responsibilities:
- Basic salary 10 million/month (2 months probation) + Year-end bonus
- Will be professionally trained (within 1 month)
- Flexible salary and bonus depending on the ability to accept the job
- Will be promoted to Business Assistant: interact with Global sales department (will be evaluated after 2 years)
