Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Business Section:

    - Statistics, summarizing business reports: new student report, renewed student report, absent student report and other reports as assigned by management

    Operation area:

    - Implement the order, payment and distribution of gifts, badges, supplies and tools to the central system to ensure the operation of the system.

    - Managing and controlling operating costs at the information system; Carrying out the ordering, payment and distribution of gifts, badges, supplies and tools to the central system to ensure the operation of the system.

    - Drafting notices, monthly meeting minutes to send to HTT

    Recruitment Consulting:

    - Contact Parents to introduce the Center's courses according to Data sources:

    - Directly advise parents about the appropriate program and learning path of the student, and answer questions from the student's parents.

    - Implement programs to expand potential customers at the Center

    - Guide to complete the procedure and advise parents on tuition policy when paying.

    - Support the admission process for new students according to the company's process.

    - Coordinate with customer care department to implement student care activities, implement marketing activities at the Center.

    - Making business results report. Other related tasks as directed by upper management or at the request of the Company

    Customer care:

    - Acting as the link between parents and the center, taking the initiative in taking care of and answering questions from parents and students in a timely manner.

    - Communicate regularly with parents to update students' learning situation as well as find out parents' thoughts and aspirations for the quality and service of the center.

    - Answering phones, receiving and processing calls to the center.

    - Support the enrollment work: carry out admission procedures, check entrance, arrange classes for students.

    - Support foreign teachers in learning problems of students at the center

    - Perform other related tasks as directed by the Center Head

    Reporting activities:

    - Daily report summarizing information system business results

    - Monthly business report at HTTT

    - Report increased gifts, badges, supplies.

    - Other reports at the request of the Operations Director.

    Working time:

    FULLTIME:

    - Working time: Flexible arrangement of Morning - Afternoon shifts (S: 9am-7pm; C: 13h) 1 day off on Saturday or Sunday depending on TT's work arrangement.

    Mon-Fri morning shift: am+2-7pm OR Monday-Friday evening shift: pm. During the week, I work 1 morning + evening shift.

    Saturday or Sunday: 8-12pm+2-6pm.

    PART-TIME: daily shift from Monday to Sunday (register for at least 5 shifts/week)

    - Working at headquarters Vinhomes Gardenia Ham Nghi - My Dinh, Vinhomes Smart City Tay Mo or Ha Dong campus.
