Warehouse Accounting and Administration Operations:

Receive and verify the validity of documents, invoices, and goods export/import request forms.

Prepare warehouse receipt and delivery notes and update the data daily on the accounting/warehouse management software system (Misa/Eshop).

Monitor and manage accounts payable, reconcile data with suppliers or relevant departments (if any).

Store and preserve warehouse documents in a systematic, organized, and easily searchable manner.

Prepare inventory reports (inflow, outflow, and stock) on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, or as requested by the Board of Directors.

Prepare and pack goods.

Proactively coordinate and directly support warehouse staff in packing goods during large campaigns, sudden surges in orders, or when the warehouse is short of personnel.

Cross-check the goods before handing them over to the shipping company to avoid errors and order mix-ups.

Coordinate with the shipping department to handle the handover and receipt of goods.

Warehouse Sorting, Inventory, and Storage

Arrange goods neatly, according to code and type, and make them easy to track.

Regularly compare the actual inventory levels with the data in the software/records. Promptly identify and explain any discrepancies or losses.

Directly participate in regular inventory checks (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
