- Job details:
A. Responsibilities for Accounts Payable
- Verify, update, and approve vendor information (vendor master).
- Generate purchase invoices on the ERP system.
- Monitor, collect, and store purchase/sale contracts and related documents; provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Review payment request documents (hard copy and ERP system) to ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
- Compare input VAT between the tax subsystem and the general ledger to ensure the validity and consistency of invoices.
- Reconcile accounts payable when closing the accounting period.
- Verify payments received from customers and update relevant departments (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Participate in regular monthly and annual inventory checks.
- Prepare and execute bank guarantee documents (Bidding - Advance Payment - Contract Performance - Warranty).
B. Responsibilities for Cash Management (Treasury)
- Prepare and control bank payment orders (domestic and international).
- Deposit cash into the bank every month.
- Prepare a weekly cash flow report.
C. Other Tasks
- Assisting the Commercial Sales department in processing tender documents.
- Assisting with payments for the Trade Union Executive Committee.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager.
D. Purchasing Assistant
- Compare and evaluate price quotes from domestic suppliers.
- Processing forward payment documents (FWDs).
- Create a new supplier in the ERP system.
- Job requirements:
- Qualifications: University or college graduate in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts payable position. Good knowledge of tax is an advantage.
- Professional skills: ERP usage, English reading comprehension, office computer skills (MS Office).
- Honest, disciplined, good communication skills, calm, good problem-solving skills (open-minded/dynamic candidates are preferred), meticulous, and careful.
