I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and ensure sales activities, revenue of the store according to the target;
- Manage operational activities at the store: Costs, goods, supplies, services, image of the store, facilities
- Human resource management: Timekeeping, arrangement of shifts, recruitment, training for store personnel
- Make reports as required and promptly solve arising problems
II. REQUEST
- Male/Female from age, Graduated from College or above
- Honest, passionate about work, good teamwork
- Basic office computer (Word, Excel, Mail)
- Candidate has at least 01 year of management experience in service establishments, retail... Able to withstand pressure and solve problems;
III. RIGHT
- This position does not require experience in the field of Hair, Cosmetics... Will be trained and guided by ASMs/SMs in the area so that they can get used to the 30SHINE environment as quickly as possible.
- Income from million/month (hard salary + sales bonus)
- 4 days off in a month
