Although only working as a Customer Service Supervisor for the Arena for 3 months, I accomplished a flight. I trained the staff in customer excellence and increased customer happiness. I also introduced customer surveys and KPIs, kept all customer details up to date and easily manageable. I made sure we retained existing customers and built loyalty to provide a personalized service and communication and motivating staff to follow my example. I quit my position at Arena Jump due to a move to Da Nang.
As a Leader in Marukame Udon Restaurant for more than 2 years : Assisted management, arranged work schedules for staff, trained and supervised staff on customer excellence and sales. Handled public relations and marketing promotions as well as answering customer inquiries. Planned, arranged and ordered maintenance and upkeep for all restaurant materials including tables, chairs, decor and other equipment. Provided regular reports to senior management including sales revenue and any eventual incidents.
