Support and consult Dealer to set up KPI, develop action plan and periodical review
- Proactively take regular dealer visits to discuss and make the measures for dealer service operation quality improvement
- New dealer set up support
- Represent the company and communicate with Dealers in all matters including Policies, Procedures, programs
- Conduct relevant training (Service Adviser/Service Management/Customer relation training etc.) for Dealers
- Other tasks as assigned by upper management
