- Respond to and followed up sales enquiries. Provide comprehensive advice to clients on all aspects of the company’s services.
- Support reaching or exceeding the agency annual targets by achieving committed revenue and profit generated;
- Participate in the growth strategies and plan for the agency;
- Stay ahead of competition by following up on all regional and local leads and opportunities;
- Ensure that the agency maximizes the chance of winning business and by keeping regular updates with clients and prospects;
- Update the client and prospect database with qualified contact and regular actionable activities;
- Bring all the agency capabilities together in our proposal, to come with an integrated approach;
- Lead the pitching process, from identifying to ranking, from briefing to presenting; make sure all the process and timeline are strictly followed;
